How we hire
The process starts with a video call and ends with an in-person interview. Calls are usually 1:1 and take between 20 and 45 minutes. You're interviewing us too, so please ask questions. We're happy to answer.
Recruiter call
A conversation about your career so far and what you're looking for next. We'll share how Nucleus works, what the role involves and how the rest of the process runs.
First technical interview
Meet the team lead for a deep dive into your skills and how you approach problems.
Second technical interview
Meet the department lead or a future teammate. We'll go deeper into your craft and what the role expects day to day.
